I would like to share my experience with the Tourvision franchise. I’ve been working in the city of Tomsk under the Tourvision name for a while now. Prior to it, I studied the entire market of tourist franchises, and I realized that there were several types of them:
1. Franchises that only provide a booking center and nothing else - I don’t see a point in joining such networks, since it is an incomplete franchise, and you will have to take care of everything on your own.
2. Tour operator franchises - They usually provide only a signboard. Their only advantage, as they say, is “high recognition”. However, when I asked how many applications they guarantee on a daily basis, they couldn’t give me a straight answer. So I asked around and found out that they usually give about 3-5 applications or calls a MONTH! This option wasn’t for me, of course. I mean, why would anybody want such “high recognition”?
3. I wanted to find a franchise that would give me a proper flow of applications and calls. I was looking for at least 30 a month and the only one I found was Tourvision. As I found out later, we took 120 applications and calls in the first month of work. I figured that If I had bought these applications elsewhere, they would cost me on average 500 rubles a piece. In other words, I would spend 60,000 rubles for advertisements.
In conclusion, I wanted to say that cooperation with Tourvision is beyond profitable for me, so I definitely recommend it to anyone.

We took a franchise in Penza 1,5 years ago. There were pros and cons, of course. So, I'll start with the pros - Advertising. The company has its own applications and large communities in social networks. Thanks to which, there are real requests and calls, and that is why we didn’t do our own advertisement - we had enough incoming applications. They also have their own CRM system, without unnecessary call centers. All calls go directly to managers through automatic algorithms. You post more last-minute tours and generate more direct calls to your office, since each tour specifies your office phone number.
Next, cons: I can’t say that it was easy to start. I mean, I had to learn in 2 weeks what they teach you in universities for 5 years. I expected it to be much easier since apparently I underestimated the amount of knowledge that I needed to learn. Fortunately, the Tourvision School is great. They teach well, but be ready for lots of information. Also, it’s not always possible to get certifications on the first attempt. The work process is also challenging. It’s more than selling a tour to anyone who comes to your agency. You have to study new hotels and directions on a daily basis. There are many travel agencies on the market and a lot of competition, so you must be better at something. I guess intensive training was very useful here.
Anyway, I am satisfied with a business, which is going great! We have lots of customers and our investments have paid off in 3 months. Waiting to see, what happens next. )
